Shopkeeper Terms / Business Agreement
1. Becoming a FIXIO Partner
By registering your repair shop on FIXIO, you agree to this Business Agreement. You must be the legal owner or an authorised representative of the shop.
2. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate information about your shop, services, and pricing.
- Respond to booking requests within the timeframe set in your dashboard.
- Carry out repairs to a professional standard.
- Treat all customers fairly and with respect.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and consumer protection regulations.
3. Commission & Payments
FIXIO charges a platform commission on bookings made through the marketplace. Your current commission rate is always visible in your Shop Dashboard. Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account after any applicable deductions.
4. Listing Standards
All services listed must be genuine and accurately described. FIXIO reserves the right to remove listings that are misleading, duplicated, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms without prior notice.
5. Reviews & Ratings
Customer reviews are an important part of FIXIO's trust system. You may not incentivise, manipulate, or remove reviews. Concerns about a specific review can be reported to our support team.
6. Suspension & Termination
FIXIO may suspend or permanently terminate your shop account if you breach these terms, receive a sustained pattern of negative reviews, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to honour confirmed bookings.
7. Liability
FIXIO acts solely as an intermediary marketplace. You are fully and solely responsible for the quality of repairs you carry out. FIXIO is not liable for any customer claims arising from your repair work or advice.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of FIXIO after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
