Our Marketplace Standards

These guidelines apply to everyone on the FIXIO platform — customers and repair shops alike. They are designed to keep FIXIO a fair, safe, and trustworthy marketplace.

1. Honest Listings

Repair shops must list only services they are genuinely able to provide. Pricing shown on FIXIO must be accurate and not materially different from what is charged at the point of service without prior notice to the customer.

2. Fair Pricing

Price gouging, surge pricing during emergencies, or deliberately misleading pricing structures are not permitted. Shops found engaging in unfair pricing practices may be suspended.

3. Deals & Promotions

Any deal or promotion offered on FIXIO must be genuine — it must represent a real saving compared to your standard pricing. Fake or artificially inflated "original prices" are prohibited.

4. Reviews

• Only customers who have completed a booking may leave a review for a shop.
• Reviews must be honest and based on real experience.
• Shops may not offer incentives (discounts, cash, gifts) in exchange for positive reviews.
• Threatening or pressuring customers over reviews is grounds for immediate suspension.

5. Communication

All communication between customers and repair shops relating to FIXIO bookings must take place through the FIXIO platform. Taking customers off-platform to avoid fees is a breach of these guidelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Discrimination against any customer or shop on the basis of race, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at any party.
• Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, or impersonating other businesses.
• Any form of fraud, including charging for repairs not carried out.

7. Enforcement

FIXIO reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban any party found to be in breach of these guidelines. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.
