3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking a repair.
• Back up your device data before handing it to any repair shop.
• Treat repair shop staff with respect.
• Pay for services as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee at the shop's discretion.

5. Disputes

If you have a dispute with a repair shop, please contact our support team first. We will do our best to mediate, but FIXIO is not liable for the quality of repairs carried out by independent shops.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FIXIO after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
